By using our website or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

IMPORTANT: Please read these raffle terms carefully before purchasing tickets.

Our raffle is a society lottery operated under the Gambling Act 2005. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to abide by these terms.

• The raffle is promoted by Serbian Cats and Dogs Foundation (Charity No. 1212849)

• All proceeds benefit the charitable work of Serbian Cats and Dogs Foundation
• The raffle is registered/exempt under the Gambling Act 2005

To enter our raffle, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
• Be a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland, or Wales)
• Not be a resident of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man
• Provide accurate personal information including date of birth and county of residence

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and may require proof of age and residency before awarding prizes.

• Tickets cost £5 each
• Maximum of 10 tickets per person per draw
• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased
• Each ticket gives one entry into the draw
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
• You will receive confirmation of your entry via email

• The draw date will be announced on our website and communicated to all ticket holders
• Winners will be selected using an independent random number generator
• The draw will be supervised to ensure fairness and transparency
• Results will be published on our website
• The promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to the draw

• Prizes are as described on the raffle page at the time of entry
• Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for alternatives of equal or greater value
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Prize values stated are recommended retail prices and may vary
• Winners are responsible for any additional costs associated with claiming or using prizes

• Winners will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided at entry
• Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner
• Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity
• A list of winners will be available on request after the draw

Raffle tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you are making a donation to our charity. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the promoter.

If the raffle is cancelled for any reason, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate their ticket cost to the charity.

Serbian Cats and Dogs Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the raffle or accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
